MR RANDOLPH EBENEZER HENRY better known as RUGGED of Belair died on Tuesday October 12th at the age of 74. The funeral takes place on Sunday November 7th at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Fountain. The body lies at the church from 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
