Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has welcomed the announcement by the Consortium of Banks to acquire the banking operations of CIBC FirstCaribbean in four OECS countries.
The Prime Minister says for St. Vincent and the Grenadines it means that the Bank of SVG will take over the operations of the local branch of CIBC first Caribbean.
