Mumbai Indians defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 42 runs in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at Abu Dhabi yesterday but failed to make the playoffs.
The scores: Mumbai Indians 235-9 off 20 overs (Ishan Kishan 84, Suryakumar Yadav 82, Jason Holder 4-52), Sunrisers Hyderabad 193-8 off 20 overs (Manish Panday 69 not out).
