MRS RUBY RICHARDSON nee GUMBS MC DOWALL of Penniston, Vermont died on Tuesday September 7th at the age of 83. The funeral takes place on Saturday October 2nd at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Pembroke. The service begin at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church yard.
