Minister of Health, St. Clair Prince, said Vincentians appear to have become complacent in relation to the Covid 19 situation.
Speaking on the Round Table Talk programme last week, Minister Prince noted that Health officials have been managing the situation well, and as a result, some persons have dropped their guard.
