MRS DELCINA ROSETTA BURKE RICHARDS of Queens, New York formerly of Rose Hall and Richmond Hill died on Wednesday July 23rd at the age of 86. The funeral takes place on Friday September 3rd at the Evangel Temple Church, Chester Street, Brooklyn, New York. Burial will be on Saturday September 4th at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Queens, New York.
