MR JEXOL SKINNER of Edinboro died on Wednesday August 4th at the age of 40. The funeral takes place on Wednesday August 25th at the New Testament Church of God, Wilson Hill. The viewing and tributes begin at 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
