Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has called on Vincentians to demonstrate greater care to the most vulnerable in the population.
Speaking on NBC Radio this morning, Prime Minister Gonsalves highlighted several problems that are being faced at Emergency shelters.
He says one of the major problems is the abandonment of children and elderly persons.
