MR DAVID HORNE better known as SETO and RAS of Belmont formerly of Rose Hall has died at the age of 56. The funeral takes place on Sunday July 18th at the Kingstown Seventh Day Adventist Church. The Body lies at the church from 11:00am. The Service begins at noon. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
