MR ROMARIO LORENZO MORGAN better known as FRAME of Lower Bay, Bequia died on Thursday April 29th at the age of 22. The funeral takes place on Saturday June 26th at the St Mary’s Anglican Church, Port Elizabeth Bequia. The Service begins at 11:30am. Burial will be at the Port Elizabeth Cemetery, Bequia.
