Head of the La Soufriere Monitoring Team, Lloyd Lynch has highlighted the factors which must be considered, to effectively implement the ongoing rehabilitation exercise.
Speaking on NBC’s Eyeing La Soufriere programme on Monday, Mr. Lynch said close attention must be paid to risk management.
