Volcano Seismologist, Roderick Stewart of University of the West Indies Seismic Research Center said the volcano has been very quiet for some time.
He said very few volcanic earthquakes have been taking place in comparison to the ones recorded previously but several Lahars have been recorded as a result of heavy rainfall.
