MR ALVIN WELLINGTON BULZE better known as SKIRTY and JAH-JO of Sion Hill died on Saturday February 20th at the age of 78. The funeral takes place on Monday March 8th at the Kingstown Methodist Church. The Body lies at the church from 10:30am. The Service begins at 11:00am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
