MR ARNOLD RICHARDS better known as BRADS of Upper Cane Hall died on Thursday February 11th at the age of 66. The funeral takes place on Thursday February 25th at the Kingstown Chapel. The body lies at the chapel from 9:00 am. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
