MR CARL WILLIAMS better known as NAIL and TONIS of Ottley Hall died on Tuesday January 12th at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Thursday January 21st at the New Birth Evangelical Assembly, Rose Place. The Service begins at 3pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
