MR CARLOS RAPHAEL DAVIS better known as TOGO (TOE-GO) of Belair died on Sunday October 18th at the age of 48. The funeral takes place on Friday October 30th at the New Testament Church of God, Belair. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
