MISS STELLA OMEGA WILLIAMS of Paul’s Avenue died on Monday August 31st at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Monday September 14th at the St. Georges Cathedral, Kingstown. The body lies at the cathedral from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
