MS DOPHINEE OCTAVIA PIERRE FRANCOIS better known as TARTIE of Rose Bank died on Thursday July 23rd at the age of 70. The funeral takes place on Sunday August 23rd at the Prayer and Faith Church, Rose Bank. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be ta the Dark View Cemetery.
