MS FLORETTA ELSINA (EL-SEE-NA) DANIEL better known as FLO of Biabou died on Friday July 10th at the age of 91. The funeral takes place on Tuesday July 21st at the St. Matthews Anglican Church according to Anglican rites. The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Biabou Cemetery.
