MR JERNEL ALLEN better known as JEMEL of Spring Gardens, Biabou died on 5th June at the age of 88. The funeral takes place on Thursday June 18th at the Biabou Methodist church. The Service begins at 10am. Burial will be at the Biabou Cemetery.
