MR RICHARD SANDFORD PHILLIPS better known as MANICOU and I-BLOW of Byera died on Saturday April 25th at the age of 50. The funeral takes place on Sunday May 10th at the Ebenezer Seventh Day Adventist Church, Belle Vue. The body lies at the church from 2pm. The Service begins at 3:00. Burial will be at the Byera Cemetery.
