MS ELCITA ELMA MILLINGTON also known as ELCITA SMITH, MISS CITA and MA of Sion Hill, died on Sunday, April 5th at the age of 90. The funeral takes place on Saturday, April 18th at the New Testament Church, Wilson Hill. The body lies at the church from 1.00pm. The service begins 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
