DR. FRANKLYN K.S. JACOBS of England formerly of Villa died on Friday March 20th at the age of 78. The body will be cremated and a Memorial Service for the late DR FRANKLYN K.S. JACOBS of England formerly of Villa takes place in the United Kingdom on Wednesday April 15th.
