MR OTTO NEW-SAM RAGGUETTE better known as HUB and SHORT-MAN of Kingstown Park, Ottley Hall and Lodge Village died on Wednesday March 4th at the age of 55. The funeral takes place on Friday March 20th at the New Testament Church of God, Wilson Hill. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The Service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
