MS DORIS DOREEN PHILLS of Brooklyn, New York and St. Vincent died on Friday February 14th at the age of as 93. The funeral takes place on Friday March 6th at the Kingstown Methodist Church. The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
