The High Commissioner of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the United Kingdom, Cenio Lewis, said a comprehensive package is being offered to Vincentian Nurses who would be travelling to the United Kingdom to take up employment under the International Nurse Recruitment Program.
High Commissioner Lewis gave the assurance, during a Media Briefing held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday and said the Vincentian Nurses are being offered significant benefits.
Over forty Nurses were interviewed here this week by a team of officials from the United Kingdom.
The Nurses are being recruited under the Health Education England Program, which offers the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom for a three-year period.
