MR RANDOLPH ADOLPHUS TOBY better known as THREE D and BLACK EYE of Diamond Village died on Wednesday January 22nd at the age of 57. The funeral takes place on Saturday February 8th at the Diamond New Testament Church of God, Diamond Village. The Service begins at 3:00pm. Burial will be at the New Adelphi Cemetery.
