One man is being questioned by Police in connection with the shooting death of Cuba-born Vincentian Nurse Arianna Taylor-Israel.
Reports are that Mrs. Taylor-Israel was shot in the vicinity of the St. Martins Secondary School yesterday afternoon.
She was rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, where she died.
According to the reports, her husband Mitch Israel is in Police custody and is being questioned about the incident.
The Nursing Fraternity says it has lost another gem in the nursing profession Nurse Arianna Taylor Israel who lost her life yesterday in a tragic incident.
The SVG Nurses Association says it mourns with her family and close friends especially her two sons.
The Association said she was a dedicated and hard-working Nurse as well as a former Executive Member.
