MR PHILLIP WINSTON DEMBER better known as BARBA of Belair formerly of Chateaubelair died on Monday October 28th at the age of 61. The funeral takes place on Sunday November 17th at the St Francois Spiritual Baptist Church, Belair. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The Service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
