MRS LOU-ANN ANDRE-TA TODD better known as ROSIE and ROSE of Reeves Level, Cedars died on Tuesday October 15th at the age of 46. The funeral takes place on Saturday October 26th at the Freedom Hall Church of God, Reeves Level. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Biabou Cemetery.
