MR NEW-SOM JOSEPH better known as CENTER POST of Tortola formerly of Lowmans died Wednesday October 9th at the age of 76. The funeral takes place on Saturday October 26th at the East End Methodist Church in Tortola. Burial will be at the Greenland Cemetery, Tortola.
