MR RANDOLPH CECIL AUSTIN better known as CHARLIE BROWNE of Edinboro died on Tuesday October 8th at the age of 76. The funeral takes place on Friday October 18th at the Kingstown Methodist Church. The lies at the church from 2:00pm. The service begins at 3:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
