MR WILLIAM EMMANUEL LAYNE better known as ITCHY of Kingstown Hill died on Wednesday September 25th at the age of 59. The funeral takes place on Monday October 7th at the St George’s Anglican Cathedral, Kingstown. The body lies at the church from 2pm. The Service begins at 3:00. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
