MR FRED ADOLPHUS JOSEPH better known as SULKAR of Layou died on Wednesday September 25th at the age of 66. The funeral takes place on Sunday October 13th at the Layou Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Layou Cemetery.
