Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has highlighted the importance of Education to national development.
Delivering the feature address at this morning’s opening ceremony, Dr. Gonsalves outlined the four essential purposes of Education, as envisioned by the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Prime Minister noted that Education was one of the areas given high priority when the ULP came to office in 2001
