MRS ELIZABETH REBERTHA VANLOW better known as ELIZABETH DOWERS, AUNT LIZ and COUSIN LIZ of Level Garden, Kingstown died on Monday May 20th at the age of 97. The funeral takes place on Wednesday May 29th at the Kingstown Methodist Church. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
