MISS LYDIA REBECCA HERBERT of New York formerly of Old Montrose died on Thursday March 14th at the age of 95. The funeral takes place on Thursday April 4th at the Belmont Methodist church. The service begins at 4pm. Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.
