Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said his recent visit to Dubai was primarily to ensure this country’s participation in the World Government Conference held in Dubai from February 10th to 12th.
The World Government Summit is a global platform dedicated to shaping the future of governments worldwide.
Dr. Gonsalves said it brought together leaders in government for a global dialogue about governmental process and policies with a focus on the issues of futurism, technology and innovation.
Responding to a question in Parliament last week, the Prime Minister said participation was crucial to further this country’s development agenda.
Dr. Gonsalves said the relationship being cultivated between both countries will have tremendous benefits to Vincentians.
