Police arrested and charged Eunice Dowers, 25 years old Custom Broker of Ratho Mill/ Nigeria with Fraud and Theft on 19.02.19.
The accused was charged with the intent to defraud the First Caribbean International Bank, allegedly obtained services via a credit card issued to a 90-year-old Businessman of Indian Bay without his consent, at Kingstown between 04.09.18 and 08.09.18.
The accused is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charges.
Police have arrested and charged Kimmarley Douglas, 30 years old Labourer of Rockies with attempted Burglary, attempt Damage to Property, and two (2) counts of Damage to Property on 19.02.19.
The accused on 08.11.18 at Cane Garden allegedly attempted to burglarize a dwelling house of a 43-year-old Domestic. Douglas also entered another dwelling house on the 08.11.18, 09.11.18 and 21.11.19 and attempted to damage the property of a 57-year-old of Cane Gard.
He was also charged with damaging the property of the 57-year-old valued one thousand (EC$1,000.00) dollars.
He is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charges.
Police are investigating a report of Attempted Rape made by a 44-year-old Teacher on behalf of her 12-year-old daughter on 19.02.19. Investigations are ongoing in the matter.
Police are investigating a report of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse made by a 35-year-old Chef on behalf of her 13-year-old daughter against a resident of Ottley Hall, on 19.02.19.
According to the virtual complainant’s report the accused allegedly had unlawful sexual intercourse with the minor between 15.02.19 and 17.02.19.
Investigations are ongoing in the matter.
