The World Pediatric Project (WPP) completed a Cardiology Medical Mission to St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday.
Team Leader of the Mission, Doctor William Moskowitz told NBC News, close to seventy children received medical attention during the mission.
Dr. Moskowitz said all of the patients were local children and many of them were new cases and he says several of the cases will have to be referred to the United States for surgeries.
