MR CLEMENT BASCOMBE QUOW better known as BILLY of Cemetery Hill formerly of Barrouallie died on Thursday January 3rd at the age of 47. The funeral takes place on Saturday January 19th at the St. Peter’s Spiritual Baptist Church, Dascent Cottage. The Service begins at 3:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
