MRS THELMA ISOLA WELCOME better known as MAMA of Kelbourney died on Friday November 23rd at the age of 80. The funeral takes place on Saturday December 1st at the Streams of Power Tabernacle at Carrierre. The body lies at the church from noon. Tributes begin at 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Windsor Cemetery.
