Petit Bordel Secondary School; St. Vincent Grammar School and Med Lab Pro were adjudged winners in the I-Squared Competition hosted by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission NTRC.
The competition came to a close yesterday with the Finals and Prize Giving Ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown.
Young Inventors of the Petit Bordel Secondary School won the Idea Category. PBSS Inventors also from the Petit Bordel Secondary School placed second and NUSS Conquerors TWO from North Union Secondary School placed third.
In the Mobile Applications Category – Team Titans from St. Vincent Grammar School placed first. Skai Secure from St. Joseph’s Convent Kingstown took the second spot and NUSS Conquerors ONE from North Union Secondary School third.
The Open Category was won by Med Lab Pro. Dawati Techs placed second and We Are Creators third.
The competition provides an opportunity for young people to put forward Ideas and Mobile applications that can facilitate the implementation of new systems or improve existing systems within the Public and private Sectors in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
