Close to three hundred calls are expected to be made at Ports in Kingstown and Bequia over the next six months, by several cruise lines.
Word of this came from Minister of Tourism, Cecil McKie, as St. Vincent and the Grenadines welcomed the first Cruise Ship Azura.
Minister McKie said that he is optimistic that there will be an increase in visitors from Cruise Calls this year, compared with previous years.
Minister McKie said there has been heightened activity at the Cruise Ship Terminal since the Azura docked at Port Kingstown this morning.
