MRS CECILE I-O-SYLA DICK BILLY better known as BABY DICK of Langley Park died on Friday October 5th at the age of 74. The funeral takes place on Sunday October 21st at the Wesleyan Holiness Church, Mt. Bentick Bay Road. The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Georgetown Cemetery.
