MR CARLTON ADMIRAL SPENCER better known as RAW CASH and TAN of Park Hill died on Wednesday September 26th at the age of 88. The funeral takes place on Tuesday October 2nd at the Kingstown Chapel. The body lies at the chapel from 9:30 am. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
