Vincentians and others in some parts of the Caribbean region experienced an earthquake here this morning.
Information from the Seismic Research Centre of the University of the West Indies indicates that the earthquake occurred at 8:32am, and had a magnitude of 5.6.
According to the Seismic Research Centre, the quake was located at Latitude:15.11-North, Longitude: 60.43-West, at a depth of 10 km.
The tremor was also felt in Martinique, Dominica and St. Lucia.
