Vincentians will have an opportunity next month, to be enlightened on issues relating to protecting and conducting business in a digital environment.
The information will be provided by the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) through its annual Financial Information Month activities to be held in October.
Ava John, a member of the organizing committee, said the campaign seeks to foster strong and sustainable economic growth and the improved well-being of the region’s citizens.
Another Committee Member, Anthony Theobalds, said this year’s focus is timely given the growing popularity of online businesses.
This year’s Financial Information Month is being held under the theme, “Financial Empowerment Through Education.”
