MR CORNELIUS ELVIS ALLEN better known as SCOTTIE of Diamond formerly of Mesopotamia died on Wednesday September 19th at the age of 54. The funeral takes place on Sunday September 30th at the Mesopotamia Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Dumbarton Cemetery.
