Local Weather Officials are advising nationals that they can expect some showers and thunderstorm activity by tomorrow.
The Met Office says a westward moving tropical wave presently located east of the island chain is expected to produce showers and thunderstorm by Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Kirk has degenerated over the Central Atlantic.
At 11 am, the remnants of Tropical Depression Kirk was located near latitude 10.0 North; longitude 39.5 West, or 1550 miles east of the Windward Islands.
The remnants are moving towards the west near 23 mph and this general motion is expected to continue over the next few days.
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours.
On the present forecast track, the center of this system is forecast to approach SVG by late Thursday. All residents are advised to keep informed on the progress of the remnants of “Kirk”.
